Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered recordings solely for the purposes and in the manner specified in your project agreement. All other rights are reserved .

If a “work for hire” or full assignment of rights is required, this must be explicitly stated in your project agreement and may be subject to additional fees .

We treat all scripts, project details, and communications as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. If you require a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA), please notify us prior to project commencement .
